Unopened products
Return within 7 days of delivery, unopened and in original packaging, for a full refund or exchange.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, haircare and oral care cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or was damaged in transit.
Damaged or wrong item
Message us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number and we will replace it at our cost.
Review this policy with the client before launch.
