Apply before bedtime to damp skin or before applying a water-based moisturizer to activate the high potency, anhydrous Vitamin C. If you have extra sensitive skin, applying moisturizer before and after can help minimize the tingling effects. For a glowing complexion, use on face, neck and décolletage.
